  • By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are a professional nail technician or are currently undergoing professional training.

  • Meraki Professional is not responsible for misuse of products by unqualified individuals.

2. Eligibility.

  • By ordering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is not a professional.

  • we may request proof of qualification or training.

3. Product Use & Liability

  • Our products are designed for professional use only.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to use products in accordance with industry standards, training, and safety guidelines.

  • Meraki Professional is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper application, or use by unqualified persons.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in Euro and include VAT as indicated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via DPD.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Meraki Professional is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. 

  • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced in accordance with consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Meraki Professional and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Meraki Professional reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
