Pinkfishes Hybrid Stain Developer is a cream tint developer, designed to used with Pinkfishes Hybrid Brow Stains.
Pinkfishes Hybrid Stain Developer is infused with coconut oil and panthenol to make it nourishing and hydrating for the brow hairs.
How to use:
Ratio: For every 2 drops of brow stain, mix well with 1 drop of hybrid stain developer. Once the solution is mixed well, apply using Pinkfishes Flat or Angled Brow Brush.
This product is Vegan and Cruelty-Free.
